company that has had suits brought against them, Rose. Here is a short list of

Abercrombie & Fitch, Starbucks, Merrill Lynch, Blockbuster, Costco, IBM
...the list goes on and on, including suits against states, small companies,

<DIV><SPAN class=878230322-28012006>This is not intended to defend Wal-Mart,
just to point out that it isn't the "only" company that faces these charges. To
constantly point at one company and say "see,see they're bad" is kind of
childish, IMOP. </SPAN></DIV>

target. How many frivolous/false lawsuits have been brought against large
companies? (Found a finger in your chili lately?)</SPAN></DIV>
