12.0pt'>I think J hit the nail square on the head with this one. There
ARE more pressing things going on in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City>.
The Council and Mayor do a heck of a lot more than just recite pledges and most
of it we never hear about. The D and <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:PlaceType
w:st="on">Mt.</st1:PlaceType> <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">View</st1:PlaceName></st1:place>
issue is an excellent case in point. That insightful discussion by City
Council at the previous Council meeting has led to that intersection being
added to the agenda for the Public Works Finance Committee. Something
proactive and possitive will likely come from it, which is more than I can say
