I think cheap food for everyone will be a positive impact, especially the poor living on the east side of town. There are many people living below the poverty line on that side of town that cannot get to Win-Co, especially without the bus being able to stop there. People will now be able to take the bus to a grocery store that does not charge $5 for lb of meat, which is tough on their $660 maximum SSI check. Is that not FANTASTIC???!!!<br> <br> This is like a 10% increase in income for Moscow's poores!
