Four residents alone in this park are registered specifically for sexual crimes against children and minors. </div> <div class="MsoNormal"><span style=""> </span>The poorly developed road system on <st1:Street w:st="on"><st1:address w:st="on">West Palouse River Dr.</st1:address></st1:Street> would force anyone except those living in the immediate area, including Mos!

youth, to have to pass by the trailer park to get to the proposed playfield site. <span style=""> </span></div> <div class="MsoNormal"><span style=""> </span>So many sexual predators live in this neighborhood because it is one of the few places they are allowed to live in <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City>. Most apartment complexes and neighborhoods ban sexual offenders. This particular trailer park does not ban sexual predators, registered sex offenders, felons, drug dealers and other released criminals from residing in the neighborhood.
