“Pre-Assessment Solid Waste to Energy Feasibility Study” to
investigate the possibility of developing an integrated energy project for
disposal of solid waste from the five county area comprising Clearwater, Nez

</span>The Latah County Commissioners have been requested to fund $1,600 of the
estimated cost of $8,000 to conduct the study.<span
