The community should be kept informed of the outcome of criminal and civil litigations against Mubita. Perhaps then those that are aware that they are HIV-positive will feel obligated to inform their sexual partner.<O:P></O:P></SPAN></FONT></P>

He has been very active in the local bar scene over the past few years and has had numerous friends of the opposite sex.
