I was refuting Mr. Hansen's statement regarding "sticking around" for a few years to gain experience. It's not possible if there are not enough openings. Obviously these candidates were more qualified for the few positions opened, or they would not have been hired. My point was that there are so few openings, it leaves little room for local people in search of employment. Hence why I pointed out the two openings anywhere NEAR here in the summer of 2003. I am a very proud graduate of the Moscow School District, and mean no ill will.</P>
