resume') and move on to a more lucrative school district, say . . . in<br>

is, that is the OPPOSITE of what happens. Looking at local hires in the school
district just this year (in the <st1:place w:st="on">School District</st1:place>
newsletter I just recieved) note a single hire at the junior high (the only
hires listed) were local.&nbsp; Perhaps you read this as well? I know my family
did, and was NOT happy.&nbsp; Students must move away from <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place
 w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City> in order to gain enough experience to
even THINK of getting hired here.&nbsp; And it's not just <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place
 w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City>.&nbsp; <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

<p><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:12.0pt'>When I
graduated from the UI College of Education in May 2003, ONE job was open in
North Central Idaho.&nbsp; ONE. And it was at Bovill Elementary.&nbsp; The
second closest was a music education teacher in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City
 w:st="on">Avery</st1:City>, <st1:State w:st="on">ID.</st1:State></st1:place>&nbsp;
