Big Box," about the community impact of retail mega-stores.<SPAN

discussion and audience questions, is scheduled for Monday, October 24, at

of Urban and Regional Planning at Eastern Washington University; Deirdre Rogers,
Assistant Professor of Justice Studies at the University of Idaho and a member
of the Pullman Alliance for Responsible Development (PARD); Bob Greene, owner of
BookPeople of Moscow and a former city planner; and Steve Peterson, an economist
and a lecturer for the College of Business and Economics at UI.<BR><BR>Members
of the audience will be encouraged to participate in the question and answer
period which will follow brief presentations by the panelists. MCA board member
Joseph Keim Campbell, associate professor of philosophy at WSU, will serve as
