No, you just told someone that if they think a community has problems, they should move somewhere else, rather than be a political activist for change in that community.<BR>

Sounds like a form of the "love it or leave it" arguments we sometimes hear from those who don't like criticism of the USA, a form of argument designed to suppress outspoken protest against social/political/economic problems.<BR>
