Pat, I nominate you to tell the people of New Orleans that they will
not be moving home, but will instead be relocated because it would
simply be too expensive to rebuild their home. Even better, I nominate
the entire Republican side of the aisle to do it, after which no
Republican in the country could be elected to any position higher than
assistant dogcatcher, second class.<br>
