focus of the Moscow Civic Association (MCA) public forum on Monday, September

style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">7pm</SPAN></st1:time><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial"> at the 1912 Building.
Everyone is invited to bring questions and concerns to the discussion panel
which will represent various perspectives on the zoning issues related to
