i recently was on Mt view and heard a car honk at
two boys about 12 or so because they were riding double. It was right by the
Nazarene church where it has not been widened yet...and even if it had they
shouldn't have been riding double. I beeped at two women probably thirty
something and one of them gave me a finger. Bike riders need training and
manners also.

While we are on the subject of bicycle traffic, being a star student in
Driver's Education class of 1995 I remember everything from back then, but has
something changed?? An increasing number of bicycles have been pulling out in
front of me on crosswalks lately. To my understanding, the LAW states
that I must stop for them if they get OFF the bike and WALK across the
crossWALK. I, of course, will stop for them as I do not want to HIT
anyone....but has this rule changed???

Do I need a refresher course? Because I could excel at that, too.
