While we are on the subject of bicycle traffic, being a star student in Driver's Education class of 1995 I remember everything from back then, but has something changed?? An increasing number of bicycles have been pulling out in front of me on crosswalks lately. To my understanding, the LAW states that I must stop for them if they get OFF the bike and WALK across the crossWALK. I, of course, will stop for them as I do not want to HIT anyone....but has this rule changed???

Do I need a refresher course? Because I could excel at that, too.
