<P>Fishing is a lifelong hobby that can get kids interested in the outdoors, ecology, and conservation. PCEI and the Moscow School District?s Adventure Club are pleased to announce the launch of a new program, ?Hooked on Fishing?. The program introduces students to aquatic ecology, conservation, and angling via nature study, journaling, and art, assessment of aquatic ecosystems, and readings of prominent conservation authors. ?Hooked on Fishing? will culminate with a trip to a local fishing hole.<BR><BR>To make this program a success, we need your help! Your donations of used or new fishing tackle and gear would be greatly appreciated. All equipment will be restored, repaired, or refinished as necessary, and will help to build a community-accessible bank of equipment. Any new or used donation would be greatly appreciated, but we are actively
seeking:<BR><BR>- 4 to 7 wt. fly rods and reels<BR>- Any weight spin casting rods and reels<BR>- Miscellaneous spin casting tackle for trout (such as spoons, spinners, float bubbles)<BR>- Other tackle (sinkers, swivels, bait hooks, bobbers, monofilament)<BR>- Fly gear (flies, fly boxes, leaders, tippets, floatant)<BR>- Tools (small pliers, etc.)<BR><BR>Any donations can be dropped off at the Palouse-Clearwater Environmental Institute, 1040 Rodeo Drive.
