Surely, this is preferable to the myriad small-town retail shops (that no one goes to anyway). Most people prefer shopping at the mall. It sure beat getting ripped off at these small downtown stores. </FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Doug Wilson’s college has encouraged our city and helped turn a dead and devitalized downtown into a college campus that breaths new life into the center of <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Moscow</st1:City></st1:place>.</FONT></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">If <st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Moscow</st1:place></st1:City> needs more retail space, it can easily find other locations throughout the city. Or, if need be, downtown businesses can even find space in the mall.</FONT></P><BR>
