children’s activities, and a hog-calling contest.<SPAN

antiques and farm collectibles, fresh vegetables and flowers, and prepared
lunches.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">MaryJanesFarm is
located eight miles southeast of </SPAN><st1:City><st1:place><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Moscow</SPAN></st1:place></st1:City><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">, and is the home and business headquarters for MaryJane
Butters and the organic prepared food business she created there in 1990.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Her book, “MaryJane’s Ideabook,
Cookbook, and Lifebook for the Farmgirl in all of us,” was recently released by
Random House.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Musical
entertainment will be headlined by Beargrass, the Watkins family country and
bluegrass dance band from Deary, </SPAN><st1:State><st1:place><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Idaho</SPAN></st1:place></st1:State><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Julie and
Delvin Watkins, with their son Shayne and his wife Alane, have played together
for four years, and recorded their first CD, “Storm Moon,” in
2003.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Sharing the stage
will be Noi and Friends from </SPAN><st1:City><st1:place><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Moscow</SPAN></st1:place></st1:City><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">, featuring 11 year old Noi Yocum, who has been playing
violin professionally since age 7.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>With her father, Cleve Yocum, on button accordion and mandolin, and Dave
Bezdicek, playing guitar, Noi plays old American and Irish reels and
jigs.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Champion fiddle
player Mabel Vogt of Potlatch is also scheduled to perform at Farm Fair.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Vogt will be playing old-time fiddle
music. <SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Dick Warwick of Oakesdale
will recite his heartland poetry.<SPAN style="mso-spacerun: yes">
</SPAN>Ray Gillis, an 8 year old from </SPAN><st1:City><st1:place><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">Pullman</SPAN></st1:place></st1:City><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">, will be performing his Celtic dancing.

<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">The MaryJanesFarm
u-pick fields will be available for those who want to gather the rare Sweet Lena
super-fragrant iris, lettuce, peas, strawberries, or garlic scapes.<SPAN
style="mso-spacerun: yes"> </SPAN>Garlic scapes are the tender
flowerstalks that curl from garlic plants this time of year.
<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">The favorite food
from the inaugural fair last year will be returning: an all-organic strawberry
shortcake with real whipped cream and fresh
strawberries.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt"><FONT face="Times New Roman">Self-guided tours
of the farm will be encouraged, and free maps will be available. A 4,000 square
foot tent will be set up to house the vendors and entertainment stage, so rain
won't dampen the fun. Lawn chairs or picnic blankets are
suggested.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
<P><FONT face="Times New Roman"><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt">MaryJanesFarm and
the Farm Fair are located about eight miles southeast of
