Are the constituents those who voted in the election, or are they everybody in the district? Or, if Keely represents a geographic area, all the people within those boundaries? I think she represents everyone, including those who won't get out of their chairs and vote. Have either Phil or Donovan polled all the constituents to find out what they think? (this includes those who didn't vote.)

Phil, if you think people like Keely aren't doing a good job, why don't you run for office? That way you'll be able to make policy and will have access to all the information you believe those on the board have.

Sunil

>Donovan - I agree and thank you again.

>

>Keely - you are supposed to represent the majority of your constituents for clearly you do not. I again ask for your resignation.
