<DIV>I never, ever said we don't need educational programs, teachers and facilities. We definitely need these. We don't need colored walls. Why don't we put our collective dollars into teachers salaries? Educational programs? State of the art equipment? Books for every student? We need to get them properly educated with the "tools" required to allow them to go out into the world. Then we build them a new high school.</DIV>
