<DIV>is good dirt and not so good dirt. The property in question is mainly clay</DIV>

<DIV>Any farmer knows that clay is among the worst to farm, it has lower yields</DIV>
<DIV>and higher associated costs, is harder to get into to start working because</DIV>
<DIV>it dries so much later.</DIV>
<DIV>It would be nice if some of you get out and actually see what these farmers</DIV>
<DIV>do. You'd quickly lose your romantisized vision of what you've seen on</DIV>
