<DIV></DIV>>Now for those of you who don't have the slightest clue about farming, there
<DIV></DIV>>is good dirt and not so good dirt. The property in question is mainly clay
<DIV></DIV>>based.
<DIV></DIV>>Any farmer knows that clay is among the worst to farm, it has lower yields
<DIV></DIV>>and higher associated costs, is harder to get into to start working because
<DIV></DIV>>it dries so much later.
<DIV></DIV>>It would be nice if some of you get out and actually see what these farmers
<DIV></DIV>>do. You'd quickly lose your romantisized vision of what you've seen on
<DIV></DIV>>Sesame Street.
