<DIV>Wasn't there an article in the Daily news a couple months back that said that several acres of wet lands were present on the proposed Trail site and that the school district would have to buy equivalent acreage of wet lands someplace else to make up for this loss of wet lands? Doesn't that acreage come out of the total acreage because the school district has to buy and develop some wet lands some place else to make up for destroying these on the Trail property? Is this going to be another expense? How is it going to be paid for?</DIV>
