<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The Moscow Arts Commission invites area first through
sixth graders to attend the Spring Young People’s Arts Festival on Saturday,
April 23 at </SPAN></FONT>Moscow Junior High School. MAC’s goal, along
with providing a fun-filled day, is to expose young people to a variety of
visual, literary and performing art forms.</P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt"></SPAN></FONT> </P>
<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Local artists will present 12 workshops ranging from
creative writing to circus tricks. Young artists may register for up to
four classes to be held from </SPAN></FONT>9:45 AM and 2:30 PM. Fees range
from $6.50 to $13.00. Private and home-schooled students as well as
those from other school districts are encouraged to
participate </P>
