request (see below) by Christ Church to create a 7 acre parcel from their
present 40 acre parcel. The land is located just south of the Trail
property which may become the new Moscow High School. If the school bond
passes, the school district will bring roads and utilities out to the school,
past the Christ Church parcel. That will increase its value and make it
much easier to develop as Moscow sprawls northeast around the high
school.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Since Christ Church will not be able to use Garts
as their new cathedral (thanks to the Moscow Food Co-op lease), will the church
now go back to their earlier cathedral plan?</FONT></DIV>
