Considering the recent V2020 topic of religious foundations for law, and assuming there are people in Moscow who believe, based on religious grounds, that the death penalty should be applied to children, it appears the US Supreme Court just rendered this religious moral (sic) position regarding capitol punishment rather problematic.

The US Supreme Court no doubt was under the spell of the nefarious agenda of the age of Rationalism and Enlightenment, thus undermining the firm foundations of moral guidance sourced from the ultimate and only ethical guide in the universe.

Of course this was a 5-4 decision, so now that Bush may appoint more Godly and morally righteous judges to the dominant court in the USA, we might not be seeing any more of these liberal bleeding heart decisions against God's vengeance!
