I mean Magic Johnson got money from one of the AG programs for not growing
something! I bet there is a lot of argument but I do hope they manage to
eliminate some of them. Some of these programs are doing no good but some could
be fixed and be useful I am hearing. It won't hurt us to drop some of them I
bet.</FONT></DIV>

and corporate handouts while cutting taxes to better portray federal
spending as out of hand. They're finally getting there wish with Bush's budget
proposal to eliminate or sharply reduce the programs listed below. Many
of them will have a direct effect on our lives here in Moscow, Idaho. I ask

budget proposal. Bush would terminate 99 programs and make major spending
reductions in 55. Separately, the administration listed eight major reforms
