<P class=MsoNormal>They receive the bulk of funding from nontaxable groups. </P>
<P class=MsoNormal>George Soros and various progessive orgs. They provide the bulk of operating capital. </P>

<P class=MsoNormal>The peace institute holds classes for its peace degree, which is non-accredited. </P>
<P class=MsoNormal>They pick the finest activists to teach, not bothering whether they are degree'd or not. </P>
<P class=MsoNormal>Students and faculty use the nearest parking that they have purchased permits for. </P>

<P class=MsoNormal>Now imagine, someone brings up that they are in violation of Moscow zoning. </P>

<P class=MsoNormal>Do you really think that this complaint would last more than one post on this board? </P>

<P class=MsoNormal>Both schools have supposedly violated the same laws, same procedures. </P>
