public forum on Monday, January 10, at </SPAN><st1:time Hour="19"

style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial"> at the 1912 Building.
Everyone is invited to bring questions and concerns to the discussion panel
which will represent various perspectives on the facilities issue, said Lois
Blackburn, MCA president. <o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">For many months, a
Facilities Committee established by the Board of the

style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">Moscow</SPAN></st1:PlaceName><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">
</SPAN><st1:PlaceType><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial">School
District</SPAN></st1:PlaceType></st1:place><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 14pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial"> has been analyzing the
current school buildings, soliciting community input, and studying possible
options. The committee, moving closer to some final decisions, anticipates a
bond election in April to fund whatever restoration or construction is
chosen.<o:p></o:p></SPAN></FONT></P>

face="Times New Roman">The MCA meeting will open with a ten-minute power-point
presentation by J.D. Wulfhorst and Lori Maxwell, two representatives from the

face="Times New Roman">This report will be followed by a panel of speakers
representing varying points of view about facilities needs and options. The
