system? I may not have spelled his name right...works or worked at UI, a 

geologist. Anyway at one of the meetings on water I have been to I heard him say 

that he believes they are on a different system. Which would mean that they 

won't affect Moscow's water. After all those meetings I have realized that what 

they don't know about our local water would fill volumes.</FONT></DIV>
