from the U.S. 95 Thorncreek Road to Moscow project will host a monthly breakfast
meeting, the Idaho Transportation Department announced.</FONT></P>

414 N Main St., in Moscow from 7 to 8 a.m. Project staff will provide a brief
update about the project and answer questions. These meetings will be held
regularly on the second Tuesday of each month at this time and

determine an alignment for nearly 6.5 miles of U.S. 95 in

<st1:PlaceType>County</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>. The project will result in an
Environmental Impact Statement. </FONT></P>

November to learn more about the project, participate in small group discussions
and provide written comments. Many people suggested alignments for the road at
