adopts Idaho Code definitions of "permanent records",
"semi-permanent records", and "temporary records" while
allowing the destruction of records which are duplicates of other public
records, records which would not be subject to any routine public audit or
records which have no continuing legal or historical purpose. The purpose
of the ordinance is to retain public records in the same manner as the State
Code but allow for more flexibility where the Clerk or custodian determines
that the records should not be retained. </span></font></p>

Proposed Animal Control Ordinances – Randy Fife</span></font></b></p>

face="Times New Roman"><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>The proposed Animal
Control Ordinance is designed to regulate animals in general. It updates
and reorganizes the current general animal control ordinances within the
City. New features include licensing and limitation on cats, defining
"public nuisance" animal, allowing for pigs within City limits by
permit, requiring cat and ferret rabies vaccination, and amending large animal
provisions to include some exotic animals and redefine required area for large
animals. The Dangerous Dog Ordinance is designed to determine whether a
dog is "dangerous" according to the Ordinance, and to allow the City
to impose restrictions and conditions for the maintenance of dogs to ensure
health and safety of public animals and the dogs. </span></font></p>

relationship with LEDC, describing economic development services to the City.
The attached Memorandum of Understanding formalizes the services to be
provided, the compensation for those services and responsibilities of the
parties. This item was recommended for approval at the November 22, 2004
Public Works/Finance Committee meeting and was presented to the LEDC Board.
They requested clarification of some sections and those have been integrated
into the attached draft.</span></font></p>
