back about the fact that Cingular will not allow you to take a cell phone usage
contract home to read it, but requires you to read this lengthy, fine print
document at the mall if you wish to read it before signing it?</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Verdana Ref" size=4>The reason for this policy
becomes obvious whenever a bill is received for certain kinds of calls that
were supposed to be included without additional charges according to the
salespersons , but in fact do incur additional charges.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Verdana Ref" size=4>On page A12 of today's
<EM>Spokesman-Review</EM>, there is a full page ad from Cingular. About
2/3 of the page is a photo. The text below the photo includes the
