awhile to pay to the State of Idaho the state income tax withheld from employee
compensation. These taxes were then paid after the state threatened

interest FYE 2004 -- part of that money came from our pockets through

the chamber board. Given the size and nature of the "errors" perhaps
Kimmell belongs in that institution that was the inspiration for your posting

City of Moscow, State of Idaho, etc. So far, none of these public, tax
supported organizations have taken the proper action compelled by their
statutory fiduciary duties. I hope this changes before
the aftermath of such failure bring serious, long term consequences to
