<div>Visionaries:</div>

<div>As promised last week, here is my personal financial disclosure
statement. The statement was prepared using the requirements of
Washington State law. While Idaho requires disclosure of all campaign
contributions and expenditures, it does not require personal financial
disclosure. As has been reported here previously, the absence of
this disclosure can hide actions of a legislator that may have direct
bearing on his or her personal finances. If elected, I will work hard
to fill this gap in Idaho law. I invite my opponent to post his
financial disclosure to the list.</div>
