City Supervisor Gary Riedner will speak about the role and
responsibilities of
the city staff, and then Riedner and a panel of city administrators
will
respond to questions, at the Moscow Civic Association (MCA) public
forum on
Monday, September 13, at </span><st1:time minute="30" hour="19"><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">7:30pm</span></st1:time><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">
at the 1912 Center in </span><st1:City><st1:place><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">Moscow</span></st1:place></st1:City><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">. <span style=""> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">This
free public meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss the staff
decision-making
that guides the future development of </span><st1:City><st1:place><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">Moscow</span></st1:place></st1:City><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">, said MCA President Lois Blackburn. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">City
Supervisor Gary Riedner will lead a panel of city administrators at the
forum.<span style=""> </span>The administrators on the panel
will include Randy Fife, city attorney, Joel Plaskon, community
development
director, and Les MacDonald, public works director.<span style=""> </span><o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 0.5in;"><span
style="font-size: 14pt;">A
donated cash award of $20 will be presented by the MCA to the
questioner from
the audience who offers the most insightful suggestion for a change in
city
policy. Questions to the panel from the audience are encouraged, </span><st1:place><span

style="font-size: 14pt;"> said.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
