athlete Angela Whyte qualified for the finals in the 100m hurdles at the
Olympic Games in <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:City w:st="on">Athens</st1:City></st1:place>.
Whyte finished fourth in her heat Monday morning (PDT) to automatically qualify
for the final.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

font-family:Arial'>"This is a dream come true," Whyte said. "I
accomplished what I wanted too, especially after yesterdays run to come out and

one-hundredths of a second faster than her previous best in the event. She will

a medal," Whyte said. "I'm a little speechless. So many people have
helped me along the way and tomorrow I'm running for everyone who has helped me

two from <st1:country-region w:st="on">Canada</st1:country-region>, two from <st1:country-region
w:st="on">Russia</st1:country-region>, one from <st1:country-region w:st="on">Jamaica</st1:country-region>
and one from <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:country-region w:st="on">Ukraine</st1:country-region></st1:place>
