What a propaganda line this is! Amnesty for insurgents in Iraq? <BR>
<BR>
There are thousands of Iraq people imprisoned and denied legal rights by the US in Iraq at this moment. And so the US puppet government in Iraq offers amnesty to insurgents? <BR>
<BR>
Maybe they could start by forcing the US to release and/or offer attorneys and legal rights to all Iraq prisoners? <BR>
<BR>
Oh wait, this puppet government cannot force the US to do anything. It is not a sovereign government with complete powers of rule over Iraq's prisons, oil industry, security, legal system, etc. <BR>
<BR>
This offer of amnesty for insurgents in nothing more than propaganda to make this puppet government look independent and legitimate. The US has killed thousands of Iraq people suspected of being involved in the insurgency in recent months. I suspect that every person identified as a killer of US soldiers is a target for US operatives.<BR>

Kill them all and let God sort it out later...<BR>
