"The State of Higher Education in Idaho" was discussed at the League of Women Voters of Moscow (LWV-Moscow) forum on January 23rd at Moscow's 1912 Community Center.
The Public presentation by University of Idaho professor Liz Brandt covered the relationship between the State Board of Education and the various universities, new efforts of the SBOE regarding coordinating curriculum as well as external assessment of higher education and how that might be impacting UI.
Brandt teaches family law at the University of Idaho College of Law where she has been on the faculty since 1988. She is the James E. Wilson Distinguished Professor. She also serves as the faculty secretary and policy coordinator for the university.
