[Vision2020] Grifters or Disrupters?

Are these people going to keep any donations for themselves? Or are they
actively working to disrupt supply chains in the USA?
Either way, rather despicable group of folk.
That they also want hand sanitiser in addition to money did give me a
chuckle.
