If I read this graph copied from the article correctly, the "Inflation
Reduction Act" will not result in achieving the greenhouse gas reduction
aims of the Paris Climate Agreement?  Future changes in policy from the
federal government could also undo some of the GHG reductions predicted by
the IRA goals?
