Kate Evans, an associate professor of law at the University of Idaho, presented "DACA, Dreamers, and Congressional Inaction." 
Evans, who is also the director of the Immigration Clinic at the UI College of Law, discussed the latest developments in the changing situation for young people who were brought to the United States illegally as children and who received temporary protection under a program started by President Barack Obama.
