[Vision2020] National Climatic Data Center: Idaho Climate Division 3: 1.58 % Odds of Drought Amelioration in 2 Months

If I understand the information at the website below correctly, as
briefly indicated in the subject heading, don't expect an end to the fire
season in Latah County to come quickly.  The "Climate Divisions" suggest
different probabilities for drought amelioration in the next two months in
or near Latah County, from 1.22 % in Washington Division 10, to 4.89 % in
Idaho Division 2, to 12.52 % in Idaho Division 4.  But the odds as
portrayed are not exactly encouraging for a rapid end to fire season in
North Idaho.

As is well known to anyone with an even casual understanding of climate
science and increasing anthropogenic global warming, fire season is
generally trending in the Western US to start earlier and end later,
