Two of the first things I learned when I first reported in to the 614th Maintenance Company (Merrell Barracks, Nurnberg, Germany)  in 1970 was the legal, government-regulated sex industry and the legal drinking age of 16. 

I did manage to squeeze in some work at the unit between “parties”.
