So now I see why "Rich" and Crapo voted for debate on the
Infrastructure bill. It protects billionaires from having to pay taxes.
Figures. Follow the money.  "Risch, you're never going to be a billionaire,
you will always be just a mealy millionaire. Risch Law, Idaho Power's guy
just a block from the capital.
