. . . some states (like Washington) may decide to retain legal abortions . . . and other states (like Idaho) may decide to criminalize abortion.  If this were to become reality, a woman may travel from Moscow, Idaho to Pullman, Washington (a distance of about 7 miles) . . . have an abortion . . . and toke up a couple marijuana joints.  

Afterwards, all the local authorities are likely to tell her is “Don’t drive.”
