[Vision2020] WHAT?

I just heard that the Covid cases at the U of I are not counted as "Latah County" cases, but as the county where students have legal residence. If so, it is no wonder our cases appear to be smaller than WSU cases. I would really like to know if this is the truth. How do we find out if U of I is doing "smoke and mirrors" on our community? Are our cases undercounted?
