[Vision2020] Is Latah county competing for a least informative web site prize?

Yes, Joe Biden did win across the state, but it is some small comfort
that Bernie Sanders won Latah County by a more substantial margin.
Living in closer proximity to more accomplished voters helps lessen the
discomfort of what may eventuate nationally.
