Is Latah county competing for a least informative web site prize?

Where are the primary election results totals? is the question that 
caused me to search for the Latah County web site.

Apparently it is not possible to navigate from the main, top-level 
county web site to a summary of the election results.

Also, it appears that so much of the county web site effort has been 
outsourced to other entities that no satisfactory overall result has 
been achieved for a unified web presence.

One wonders whether the county employs anyone able to create such web 
pages.  This shortcoming leads to questions and doubts about information 
systems capabilities generally.

The lack of leadership to make election result summaries available on 
the local county web site in a timely manner is not a complimentary 
commentary on local officials.
