Vote for Lunchbox: Oklahoma’s beloved 23-pound cat a finalist in Cadbury Bunny tryouts


OKLAHOMA CITY — Lunchbox, the Oklahoma Humane Society’s 23-pound kitty star, is named a finalist in the Cadbury Bunny tryouts and he needs your vote.
 
According to the Humane Society, out of more than 4,000 hopefuls across America, Lunchbox has made it to the top 10 finalists.
 
Oklahomans are urged spread the word to vote to Lunchbox.
 
“A vote for Lunchbox is a vote for Oklahoma rescue efforts,” the Humane Society said.

Say hello to Lunchbox, a 23-pound cat who recently came to the Oklahoma Humane Society.
 
Officials at the Humane Society said the average adult cat weighs between 7.9 and 9.9 pounds.
 
Lunchbox will receive special care to help him lose weight and get back in shape, before he’s available for adoption, officials said. They are currently running blood work for him to determine how to help him lose weight.
 
Officials told KOCO 5 they are working to get a plan together to make him healthier and happier.
