> December 15, 2020 (Moscow, Idaho) —  On Thurs., Dec. 10, Tri-State Outfitters closed its doors for a period of time due to a large number of people entering the store who refused to socially distance or wear a face covering. The incident is currently being investigated by the Moscow Police Department, and once the investigation is complete the Police Department will work with the City of Moscow Legal Office to determine whether any criminal charges are appropriate. As this is an ongoing investigation, no additional details are available at this time.
